ARTICULO 50. LAS INDEMNIZACIONES A QUE SE REFIERE EL ARTICULO ANTERIOR CONSISTIRAN:

I. SI LA RELACION DE TRABAJO FUERE POR TIEMPO DETERMINADO MENOR DE UN AÑO, EN UNA CANTIDAD IGUAL AL IMPORTE DE LOS SALARIOS DE LA MITAD DEL TIEMPO DE SERVICIOS PRESTADOS; SI EXCEDIERA DE UN AÑO, EN UNA CANTIDAD IGUAL AL IMPORTE DE LOS SALARIOS DE SEIS MESES POR EL PRIMER AÑO Y DE VEINTE DIAS POR CADA UNO DE LOS AÑOS SIGUIENTES EN QUE HUBIESE PRESTADO SUS SERVICIOS;

II. SI LA RELACION DE TRABAJO FUERE POR TIEMPO INDETERMINADO, LA INDEMNIZACION CONSISTIRA EN VEINTE DIAS DE SALARIO POR CADA UNO DE LOS AÑOS DE SERVICIOS PRESTADOS; Y

III. ADEMAS DE LAS INDEMNIZACIONES A QUE SE REFIEREN LAS FRACCIONES ANTERIORES, EN EL IMPORTE DE TRES MESES DE SALARIO Y EN EL DE LOS SALARIOS VENCIDOS DESDE LA FECHA DEL DESPIDO HASTA QUE SE PAGUEN LAS INDEMNIZACIONES.

ARTICULO 49. EL SUPREMO PODER DE LA FEDERACION SE DIVIDE, PARA SU EJERCICIO, EN LEGISLATIVO, EJECUTIVO Y JUDICIAL.

NO PODRAN REUNIRSE DOS O MAS DE ESTOS PODERES EN UNA SOLA PERSONA O CORPORACION, NI DEPOSITARSE EL LEGISLATIVO EN UN INDIVIDUO, SALVO EL CASO DE FACULTADES EXTRAORDINARIAS AL EJECUTIVO DE LA UNION CONFORME A LO DISPUESTO EN EL ARTICULO 29. EN NINGUN OTRO CASO, SALVO LO DISPUESTO EN EL SEGUNDO PARRAFO DEL ARTICULO 131, SE OTORGARAN FACULTADES EXTRAORDINARIAS PARA LEGISLAR.

Of the Division of Powers

Article 49 - For purposes of its exercise, the Supreme Power of the Federation is divided into Legislative, Executive, and Judicial.
Two or more of these powers may not be concentrated in one individual person or corporation, except in case of extraordinary powers to the Executive of the Union (as specified in Article 29). In no other case (except as disposed in the second paragraph of Article 131) may extraordinary abilities to legislate be granted.
