SE COMPONDRA DEL TERRITORIO QUE ACTUALMENTE TIENE Y EN EL CASO DE QUE LOS PODERES FEDERALES SE TRASLADEN A OTRO LUGAR, SE ERIGIRA EN EL ESTADO DEL VALLE DE MEXICO CON LOS LIMITES Y EXTENSION QUE LE ASIGNE EL CONGRESO GENERAL.
